Букет был собран просто отлично и красива, доставка выполнена вовремя. Ситуация была нестандартная: сюрприз для именинницы получился спонтанным, решила подарить букет в последнюю минуту и она не смогла сразу забрать заказ. Менеджер оперативно вышла на связь, всё проконтролировала, пошла навстречу и помогла организовать доставку так, что цветы дошли до моей сестры в целости и сохранности)
Спасибо большое за клиентоориентированность, внимательное и доброе отношение к клиенту. Вели заказ до самого конца и действительно поддержали в непростой ситуации.Сестра в восторге, спасибо что помогли подарить эмоции)
