It turns out I ordered it for November 2nd, and today is October 31st, even though it was supposed to be delivered on October 31st. I didn't notice, but your staff did a great job reminding me of my mistake!!! Thank you for spotting my mistake so quickly and fixing it!!! You guys saved my day!!! Thank you!!! I'll only be using you from now on! The girl was so happy with the bouquet that words can't describe it!!! My personal rating is 10/10.
