We decided to surprise our grandmother with a cake, not just the usual congratulations and an electronic certificate, just in time for Teacher's Day (it just so happens that her birthday falls on Teacher's Day, October 4th). The idea came spontaneously, so I started looking for someone who could make and deliver it on the day. Frankly, the choice was limited. I knew perfectly well that sweet gifts (especially cakes) needed to be ordered in advance (at least 24 hours). There were only a couple of companies to choose from. We chose Tortela Ufa. I contacted the seller and received a response within 5 minutes stating that the order had been accepted. All our requests were taken into account, including the delivery time. The very polite administrator, Yulia, was in touch the whole time and even after the recipient received the gift, asked if everything was fine and how everything had gone. Our grandmother was shocked. She didn't expect it and even thought the delivery person had made a mistake and delivered the gift to the wrong address. Overall, the surprise was a success. Thank you🎂
