about the shop
We ordered balloons for my grandmother's anniversary, and they were a real lifesaver! We remembered about the decorations literally at the last minute, and the guys assembled everything as expected and delivered it literally two hours before the scheduled time. And we weren't even there yet.
I'd especially like to commend the manager: he immediately figured things out, offered options that perfectly matched our vision, and quickly confirmed the order. Even with the "rush order" option, there was no sense of rush or carelessness—the balloons looked exactly how we wanted them: neat and festive. The arrangement turned out perfectly, and nothing was dented along the way.
My grandmother was delighted, and all the guests commented on how beautiful everything looked. Thank you for your promptness, professionalism, and attentive service—you truly saved the day!
