List your items on Flowwow

Add items manually in the web version or in the app. You can also import an XML file to a browser.

Your shop opens on Flowwow

After moderation (1-2 days), your shop becomes available for customers on the Flowwow website and in the app. No fees apply to orders placed via a direct link to your Flowwow shop.

Customers place orders

98% of all customers are Flowwow-generated traffic. We don't rely on our partners' traffic. 70% of all purchases are made in the iOS and Android apps.

100% call-free orders

All orders are already paid for. Your employees receive orders on the Flowwow website and in the app. Customers receive automatic notifications about order status changes. If you have a question, text customers using the built-in chat.

Delivery

You don't have to arrange deliveries through our logistic terminals or pay for storage. Order fulfilment is based at your warehouse or shop.

Payouts and simple analytics

This app is a godsend for anyone looking to send someone a beautiful, affordable gift. My only criticism is that without an escrow more local than those used in payment, automatic decline in payment processing is likely, from my experience in the US. Using Dave or PayPal virtual card when linked to an available balance or a physical Visa or MasterCard debit seems to work okay. Anyway, love this app

How much revenue can I make by listing my items on Flowwow?

How long does moderation take for my shop?

Registration, item listing, and moderation normally takes 1-2 days. However, some partners complete the process in a few hours. Shop moderation takes place after registration.

I'm a freelancer. Can I become a Flowwow partner?

Yes, we were the first marketplace to work with the self-employed partners completely legally. The working conditions are no different from those of a normal business: - no restrictions on the number of products; - 0% commission for direct traffic; - full support to help you grow into a big business.

Can I sell without commission?

Yes, you can. No restrictions apply. Fees will never apply to orders made via a direct link to your Flowwow shop. That is, if a customer makes a purchase using a direct link to your Flowwow shop, you don't pay any fees. For details, see this article.

How do customers see my items and shop?

Flowwow has 3 main impression types. The web version is an item catalogue. Customers see items (not shops) and choose from them. The catalogue accounts for 25-35% of all traffic and sales. The shop page. Direct traffic from search engines and social media: we don't charge fees for such orders. This opportunity became available in July 2021. Flowwow iOS and Android apps. Customers see a list of shops (not the item catalogue), choose the one they need, open the shop page, and shop there. The apps account for about 65-70% of all sales.

How soon will I start getting orders?

Some of our partners got their first orders on the same day after passing moderation. One shop made $4000-$6500 in revenue within the first week. Upon moderation, the system displays your shop in a special section, 'New products' section to tell customers about it.

Why would I want to join Flowwow if I can sell on social media and other platforms?

Great! Flowwow is your new sales channel. With Flowwow, you don't have to arrange deliveries to our logistic terminals. You can complete the order directly from your warehouse or shop. You don't have to assign dedicated employees or train them, as our Flowwow Seller app is intuitively easy to use for all. It will take you only a few minutes to get started. Flowwow helps you generate more sales from customers who never knew your shop existed. If you have active sales channels, you can tell how convenient this is, as traditional customer acquisition nowadays is very expensive. On Flowwow, you pay only a small percentage.

What are Flowwow fees?

Fees vary depending on categories and start at 5%. You can also sell on Flowwow with zero fees.

I need an outsourced delivery service. How does it work? What terms and conditions apply?

Flowwow offers several types of delivery. By zones — suitable if the shop delivers orders on its own or through third-party courier services. Delivery via couriers of the 'Flowwow for Couriers' application in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Chelyabinsk, and Nizhny Novgorod (the list of cities is expanding). Also, in-store pickup and delivery of orders to other regions using CDEK.

I don't have a shop, but I have a warehouse. Can I become a Flowwow Seller?

Yes, you can. We will be glad to see you as a partner.

What product categories can I list?

Since 2020, Flowwow has been selling all product categories. If you want to add a non-standard category, please contact Support during moderation, and we will promptly add it.

I represent a large retail chain. Are there any special conditions for large retailers?

We will be happy to offer you special conditions. Please register your first shop and contact Support. A Flowwow specialist will contact you to help. Alternatively, you can call 8-800-600-85-90.

Do you have an API integration?

Yes, we have APIs that can be integrated with your systems. After registration, contact Support for API, and the integration will follow shortly.
