The cake looked exactly as ordered. The recipient was generally pleased with everything. Unfortunately, the seller mixed up the filling; it was caramel instead of strawberry. This was important to me when ordering. I'd also like to point out that the seller responded quickly and refunded half the order without any arguments. So, overall, the customer experience was good, despite the filling error.
