I ordered a balloon arrangement, but the courier didn't deliver part of it... a representative contacted me right away. She very warmly and kindly offered to fix everything: deliver the missing part and add two more balloons because she noticed a broken one in the photo. It ended up being a funny story: the courier forgot part of the order, and the girl herself delivered another unicorn and a bunch of two balloons 🦄😂 Yes, there was a hitch, but the brand handled it so well and attentively that I'm happy to leave a positive review. I really appreciate this kind of service and customer service ❤️

The delivery turned into a quest due to the lack of network coverage, but if that had been an obstacle, the store owner would have blossomed. By agreement, we rescheduled it for the next morning, and it turned out to be more successful than previously planned. Thank you so much for your constant feedback and dedication to fulfilling the order.

Wonderful seller and pastry chef. They designed the cake exactly as I imagined, even better, and with great care. The delivery was timely and friendly (which isn't always the case). And most importantly, it was delicious; everyone who tried it loved it. I can confidently recommend this store. And most importantly, I'll definitely be ordering again!

I'm thrilled with the seller❤️ I'm in another city and was sending a bouquet to a friend. I needed another balloon, and the girl helped me find the right one😍 You're super cool and awesome😍 Plus, my friend wasn't home, so they picked up the balloon and returned the order for free, and delivered it just when my friend was getting tired of it❤️ I've never experienced such service❤️ Thank you so much❤️ You're the best❤️❤️❤️
