The bouquet was beautiful. I ordered alstroemerias, but they ended up being out of stock. They suggested replacing them with spray roses, but that wasn't a big deal. The bouquet still turned out beautiful.
BUT, I messaged them in the chat (they didn't even respond) and even called, asking for the green paper to be replaced with a different color. The girl said fine, they'd replace everything. In the end, they delivered it in green paper. It was very disappointing, since I didn't want green paper. But they didn't even listen to me and didn't do what I asked.
