I ordered a flower basket as a gift. A couple of hours before delivery, the florist called the courier and said I needed to watch a video to fully appreciate the flowers' beauty. She sent the video—the arrangement was truly stunning. There were also delivery complications, as it was a hotel, and it wasn't clear whether the courier would even get to my room or whether I'd have to leave it at reception. The florist was always in touch until the delivery, so everything was smooth. Thank you so much!
