This is my second time ordering from this store, and I'm absolutely delighted once again! This time I ordered a bouquet of chrysanthemums: the flowers were fresh and firm, without a single bruised bud. They were tastefully arranged—nothing superfluous, everything harmonious and very cozy. I know chrysanthemums can last a long time, and these, judging by the look, will continue to delight. The delivery was on time, and the packaging was meticulous. Thank you to the florists for their beauty and attention to detail—I'll be ordering again!

Цветочная Фантазия

At first, they put together a bouquet that was completely different from the one in the product description. They contacted me in chat and offered a replacement. Unfortunately, I didn't like the replacement either. I decided to choose a different bouquet, and now they've put it together well. I'm glad they're trying to resolve the issue calmly and find a compromise. In terms of service, I can recommend them, but apparently some bouquets are not very good, and it's a matter of luck.

Excellent pastry shop! I'll order again and again! They also provided advice on all my questions and helped me choose the right one! They were in touch throughout the delivery! The recipient couldn't receive the order on time, and the courier compromised and tried to find a way out of the awkward situation!!! 5 stars! Great job! Excellent service!!!
