At first, they put together a bouquet that was completely different from the one in the product description. They contacted me in chat and offered a replacement. Unfortunately, I didn't like the replacement either. I decided to choose a different bouquet, and now they've put it together well. I'm glad they're trying to resolve the issue calmly and find a compromise. In terms of service, I can recommend them, but apparently some bouquets are not very good, and it's a matter of luck.
