How do I modify or cancel the order?

Once your order is placed, you can manage it in your account or in the Flowwow mobile app. Tap 'Edit' to make changes, and the shop will see the updated details straight away.
To cancel an order, select 'Cancel'. If the courier has already set off, the delivery fee and service charge will be deducted. Any remaining amount will be refunded to your card within 10 working days.
