In such cases, provide the necessary information, it is safe. You also receive SMS with information about the status of the order, but they do not ask for any codes.

"Enter code"

The scammer sends a message to the recipient in the messenger with the following content: "Hello, I am an employee of a flower shop, let's clarify the details of delivery. Now you will receive a message with a code - name it, this is for the courier." The recipient receives two messages at the same time: one with a code for authorization on the marketplace, the second with a code for entering the State Services. Fraudsters hope that the recipient will be careless and that he will provide the code to enter the State Services.

On our marketplace, when placing an order, the sender can select the option "Check the address and/or delivery time with the recipient". In this case, the recipient will receive an SMS from Flowwow.com with a link to clarify the delivery details. If the recipient does not enter the information within a few hours, the seller can call directly to speed up the order processing process. In this case, it does not see the user's real phone number, because for security they are encrypted in our country.
If you have not received a link, but the call asks for any data, we strongly recommend contacting the platform support in the application before providing any information.
