I would like to cancel my order

You can cancel your order if its status is 'New” or 'Accepted”.
- In the mobile app: open your order, tap the circle icon and choose 'Cancel order”.
- On the website: sign in to your account, go to your order page and click 'Cancel order”.
An order with in-store pickup in any status can only be cancelled by contacting technical support.
