Under what circumstances can a customer review be excluded?

We do not count ratings and reviews if:

- the marketplace determines that they are fake
- the rating is unrelated to the order or the seller, as seen from the text of the review
- the review contains prohibited information

Flowwow may, at its discretion, exclude, delete or disregard user ratings and reviews.
