This cake is simply perfect! I ordered it for my mom's birthday, and she had a whole photoshoot with it 🥹 Thank you so much to the seller. She delivered it herself, got the address right, sprinkled beautiful confetti inside the bag, and carefully wrapped the cake. Overall, she really took care of her job 💕 My mom is delighted, and so am I! Thank you so much!

I ordered a balloon arrangement, but the courier didn't deliver part of it... a representative contacted me right away. She very warmly and kindly offered to fix everything: deliver the missing part and add two more balloons because she noticed a broken one in the photo. It ended up being a funny story: the courier forgot part of the order, and the girl herself delivered another unicorn and a bunch of two balloons 🦄😂 Yes, there was a hitch, but the brand handled it so well and attentively that I'm happy to leave a positive review. I really appreciate this kind of service and customer service ❤️
