Внешний вид букета различается с тем, что обещали при заказе, несколько цветков практически не видны , настолько они мелкие, и торчат в разные стороны, какими-то кучками. Кроме этого в заказе было указано, чтобы уточнили время доставки цветов, в итоге их просто привезли зачем-то в 11.30, хотя получателя не было дома, хорошо был родственник, который смог принять букет. Честно, полное разочарование, ожидание/реальность совершенно не совпали
